Just when you think it's safe to start putting away our fur accented designer boots like our 9West Linnie or our sporty yet funky Purple satin boot we get snow in Jersey.  You must admit those hardfast shoe rules of no white after labor day or no boots in the summer have all been flipped.  Fashion footwear has no rules and we are free to express our various moods anyway we like.  Open toe boots carried us thru the winter, maxi skirts and male inspired military boots were all the rage.  Ladies it's time to express yourself!  Are you bold enough to mix spring with winter and step out in your designer shoes?

Platform Mania!

Honestly, the Cognac heels I'm wearing remind me of Jeffrey Campbell "Lita" boots, but a little more refined for the everyday woman. With the wooden heel and the sky high platform, it gives off a 70's vibe, that's definitely in this season. To stay warm in this cold front weather, I've simply worn some comfortable straight leg jeans, a pair of ankle length socks and a ruched long maxi sweater .
