Soles and the City - Montclair New Jersey
It was cold, windy and everything was closed early that night. Oh yeah, it was Christmas Eve 2009! But how could we miss the soulful voice of Chrisette Michelle LIVE! at a fairly new party spot in Montclair N.J. called the 501 Lounge. R&B, old school club music and hip hop alternated as we waited, danced and admired the footwear of the women that evening. Old schoolers and young cats alike were in attendance to hear her soulful voice and show off their footwear. Look at our pics and comment whether their sick(sad) or sexy...you decide.

Wow Chrisette Michelle in Montclair. I definetly missed that show. My favorite of your pics are the Black thigh highs with buckles. A pair you pull out for maximum impact. Well done girly but your jeans should have been darker for a more grown and sexy look. You have my vote!
ReplyDeleteI luv Chrisette. I have a friend that lives in Jersey she said she sang only one song took some pictures and was outy! Ooh i love shoes but most of these pics are OK. The first pair nice for a suit or older gal. White cowboys "sad". White fur with wedge "very nice". I agree with the carrol thigh highs with buckles get my vote!

Chrisette definetly has a unique sound and we were dissapointed with 1 song but that 1 song sounded great. We were too far back to see what type of shoes she had on. DARN! Who are your favorite shoe designers?
